Leverage New ETL Transformation and Validation Capabilities [Early Access]

Increase the flexibility and capability of your Qualtrics data ETL jobs
|
Qualtrics plans to release the Basic Transform Workflows Task that enables data transformations and validation with these features supported on launch:
Transformations
|
- Column operations: renaming, reordering, and selection of data type
- Date and time operations: date parsing and output format, difference calculations, offset calculation
- Text column operations: concatenate, split, replace, case format, add prefix, add suffix, whitespace trim
- New calculated columns: new field with a conditionally determined value using comparison operators
- Number/math record by record operations: add, subtract, multiply, divide (integer and decimal), absolute value, rounding
- Number/statistics record by record operations: average, median, sum, minimum, maximum

- Required fields: records with the empty field will be excluded from the output
- Data type: numeric values, text only, and dates
- Data range: character count, number and text comparisons, text only, date comparisons
- Report: A report will be generated with the status of each row and its validated status

Load Qualtrics Survey Responses in Bulk [Early Access]

Streamline your efforts to import responses into Qualtrics surveys
|
The Load Responses to Survey Workflows Task enables you to load survey responses into a specified survey. By running this task on xFlow, you and our joint customers gain the advantages of:
#1: SSH Key authentication on the Extract from SFTP task to more securely load responses, and
#2: Ability to chain this functionality with other Workflows Tasks, for example: introducing a Transformation between Extract and Load or making an API call via Web Service or a custom Workflows Task once the response import is complete.
